How long does it take to receive my quote?

MifA typically delivers your quote within 2 to 3 business days from successful payment, and no later than 14 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. MifA reserves the right to decline any request at its sole discretion (e.g., designs that violate law, infringe IP, or fall outside our manufacturing capabilities). If declined, the fee is not refundable.

How long is my quote valid?

Quoted prices are valid for 60 days from the date of issuance. After 60 days, the price is subject to change due to fluctuations in material costs, exchange rates, and labor costs. If you wish to proceed after 60 days, you must request a new quote and pay a new non-refundable Quote Request Fee.

Is the Quote Request Fee refundable?

No. The Quote Request Fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to: MifA declines the request, the design is deemed unfeasible, you change your mind, or you fail to respond. How do I share my completed jewelry?

Go to the My Orders page and find a delivered order. Each delivered order has a Share to User Shares button — click it to open the upload modal. You can upload 1 photo of your finished jewelry (1 share per order maximum), and your share will appear in the Featured Shares gallery for the community to enjoy.

Can I revoke a share after submitting?

Yes. You can revoke any of your shares at any time from the My Shares tab on the User Shares page. After revoking, the photo will be removed from the public gallery immediately.

How long does production and delivery take?

Custom-made items typically take 10–20 business days to produce, depending on the complexity of the design. Once production is complete, the order is shipped immediately. Adding 3–10 business days for international shipping, the total time from order to delivery is approximately 3–5 weeks. Throughout this period, you can check your order status and progress at any time in your account dashboard.

If the tracking information has not updated for more than 10 business days after dispatch, please contact us immediately — we will file an investigation request with DHL. DHL\'s investigation and "search" process typically takes 30 to 45 days. Once DHL officially confirms the package is lost, we will either issue a full refund or remake and resend the identical piece free of charge.

Do I need to pay customs duties or VAT?

All prices on this site (item price and shipping fee) do not include any import duties, value-added tax (VAT), or customs clearance fees charged by the destination country. These fees are imposed by local customs and are your responsibility as the recipient. We recommend you check your local customs\' de-minimis threshold before ordering (for example, the U.S. personal-import exemption is US$ 800). If you refuse to pay duties or fail to cooperate with customs, the return shipping fee and any other costs will be deducted from your refund. Returns due to product quality issues are exempt from this rule.

Once the quality issue is confirmed, we will repair or remake the piece free of charge; if repair is not possible, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

What subscription plans do you offer?

MifA offers two weekly subscription plans: Standard and Premium. Standard provides a fixed weekly quota of AI MifA Messages and AI Preview Generations. Premium provides unlimited usage subject to fair use. Each subscription period is 7 days (one week) starting from the moment of successful payment. Subscriptions do NOT auto-renew.

What happens when my subscription expires?

When your 7-day period ends, your access to AI MifA and AI Preview downgrades to the free tier (2 AI messages/week, 3 AI previews/week) until you manually re-subscribe. No cancellation is required — subscriptions expire automatically. We do NOT store your payment method for recurring billing.

Can I switch between Standard and Premium?

Yes. You may switch at any time; the new plan takes effect immediately. Switching resets your weekly usage counters for the new plan\'s quota. Upgrades (Standard â†’ Premium) start the Premium period fresh from the upgrade time. Downgrades (Premium â†’ Standard) are allowed only at the end of your current 7-day period, not mid-period, to prevent abuse.

Is the subscription fee refundable?

No. The subscription fee is non-refundable under all circumstances. No refund, credit, or transfer will be issued once payment is received, including but not limited to: you change your mind, you do not use the service, you delete your account, MifA suspends your account for fair-use violations, or technical issues occur. Your subscription continues until the expires_at timestamp regardless of usage.

Can I share my subscription with others?

No. One subscription is tied to one account. Sharing your account credentials or subscription access with others is prohibited. Account sharing, multi-user use of a single subscription, or automated/bulk usage may result in account suspension without refund. The subscription is provided on a "best effort" basis — no specific uptime SLA is guaranteed.
