You can start with the structured Customize form, chat freely with AI MifA, or combine both. Customize is best when you know exactly what you want; AI MifA is best when you want inspiration; combining both gives the most control.
Three ways to start � pick the one that fits your style
Use only Customize
Best when you already know the jewelry type, material, and size. You answer a step-by-step questionnaire, get AI previews (or upload your own reference), and submit for a quote.
Use only AI MifA
Best when you want inspiration or are unsure. Chat freely, attach references, and use Presets. Save the result to My Designs when you are happy.
Form first, then AI MifA
Recommended. Start with the Customize form to set the basics, submit to My Designs, then click "Modify with AI MifA" to refine details with the AI chat before requesting a quote.
Submit Quote Request
Pay a small design-review fee → leave a message → designer review begins
After you submit, we charge a small design-review fee and our designer team reviews your design. You can add a message for the designer to share inspiration, references, or questions.
Charged once per design. Covers the designer’s review and quote preparation. The exact amount is shown at checkout. This fee is non-refundable, even if we are unable to provide a quote for your design.
Tell us the occasion, references, or any must-haves. We will use this when crafting your quote.
Quote & Checkout
Designer posts quote ? you accept ? deposit paid ? order created
Our designer posts a quote with a price and a short design note. You see both on your My Designs page. Accept the quote to create an order — we then collect a deposit before starting work. The exact deposit amount is shown on your order page (set by admin).
Pay the full designer-quoted amount in one go at checkout. Production begins immediately after payment is received. There is no deposit option and no remaining balance is billed later — the price you accept is the price you pay.
Crafting & Delivery
Manufacturing ? QC ? Shipped ? Delivered
After deposit is paid, we begin crafting. Your order page tracks the status all the way to delivery, and you can message the admin anytime for updates.
Quality & After-Sales
Free one-time ring size adjustment within 30 days of delivery
Manufacturing defect or shipping damage? Contact us within 7 days for a free repair or replacement
Custom pieces are made-to-order; once production has started they cannot be returned or exchanged

Custom-made items typically take 10–20 business days to produce, depending on the complexity of the design. Once production is complete, the order is shipped immediately. Adding 3–10 business days for international shipping, the total time from order to delivery is approximately 3–5 weeks. Throughout this period, you can check your order status and progress at any time.
